Founder Circles provides anonymous peer support circles for entrepreneurs and founders. Our service connects you with other founders facing similar challenges in a confidential setting.

3. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of conversations within your circle
• Treat other members with respect and empathy
• Not share identifying information about other members
• Not use the platform for harassment, spam, or illegal activities
• Report any concerning behavior to our support team

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

What's shared in your circle stays in your circle. Members agree to keep all discussions confidential. Violation of confidentiality may result in account termination.

5. Subscription and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Prices may change with advance notice

6. Disclaimer

Founder Circles is a peer support platform, not a mental health service. We are not licensed therapists or counselors. If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a professional or call 988 (National Suicide Prevention Lifeline).

7. Limitation of Liability

Founder Circles is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
